Bill Parker, Senior Consultant A veteran professional, Bill Parker brings 30 years of project and information systems management to Strategic Communications, LLC. For 10 years, Bill served as vice president and chief information officer of Agway, Inc., a farmers’ cooperative that operated in 13 northeastern states. He managed the data center, telecommunications network and enterprise system applications group, and the company’s 188,000-square-foot headquarters. He was responsible for an annual budget in excess of $8,000,000 and a staff of more than 50 employees. Since 2004, he has served as vice president of Agway’s Liquidating Trust, overseeing the project management of time-sensitive activities involving the settlement of insured claims, negotiations of collateral buyouts, and management of third parties supplying services to the trust. Prior to his employment with Agway, Bill spent 9 years with an Atlanta based insurance software development company where he managed product support and training, directed product release quality assurance, and provided technical sales support. Bill’s project management skills are utilized on behalf of SCLLC clients requiring assistance with crisis management and complicated, fast-paced initiatives. Based in Litchfield, N.H., Bill is an avid cyclist, mountain climber, and undersea diver. He served in the United States Air Force.
