organizational goals.
Next, the integrity of

creates trust. It is your commitment to being honest and doing the
right thing all of the time. This integrity ensures that you tell the
truth and use the same consistent messages with all of your audiences.
Doing the right thing is a good business decision.
Last, but not least, you must practice good communication
to implement strategy and demonstrate your integrity. From the CEO on
down the line, your workforce’s ability to communicate with all
audiences is the final key to your organization’s success. Sharing your

audiences is the only way to successfully implement your business plan
